The type of individual who will fit this position, will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, comfortable working under pressure, able to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions and looking for a long term, stable career working for a company that actively promotes from within. You will have experience of working in a telephone sales-based environment but not looking for just the next telesales job.

Installation Technician

As the only glass distribution and installation business in the UK that is 100% dedicated to Bus, Coach, Rail and Motorhomes, PSV Glass & Glazing has experienced considerable growth year on year and with continued growth predicted, some exiting new roles have arisen for experienced specialist glazing technicians to ensure that the organisations enviable reputation as the key player in this highly competitive market is maintained. 
 
By working for this prestigious brand your role will naturally have many responsibilities, you will be a front-line engineer, servicing our customers and representing our business in the front line each day. With a customer base consisting of some of the largest and highly sought-after fleets within the UK and Ireland you will be on site with a truly hands on and proactive approach to work. You will be expected to be courteous and polite even in the face of difficulty. 
The job will involve routine glass replacements, warranty repairs, and change out project work meaning you will be challenged daily. Most of your working week will be spent within a reasonable distance of home, and you will be provided with a fully equipped company van with all the tools and equipment you need to do the job well, professionally, and safely. The training program is geared to progress you as quickly or as tentatively as you need to ensure your potential is maximised and the company will provide its full support to any individual who has a desire to succeed and build a career in highly specialist vehicle glass installation.
