Optare has appointed PSV Glass to provide an aftermarket glass replacement service to its customers. The appointment takes effect from 1st August. 
Under the new arrangement Optare customers will benefit from: 
Reduced lead times from Immediate, Same Day or Next Day deliveries 
OEM approved and assured glass products 
Fast parts identification and order processing from the dedicated PSV Glass Sales Office 
Glass installation services in addition to glass supply, as and when required 
Technical support and advice 
Mark Wallis, Customer Service and Quality Director at Optare, said: “The appointment of PSV Glass will ensure a much faster response to customers when they suffer damage to windscreens or windows. The good stock levels and exceptional response times for which this leading specialist is renowned will ensure that our customers can return their vehicles back into revenue earning service very quickly with minimum disruption to their operations.”
